YouMeCon | compact: Hot Take Climate Journalism

The next YouMeCon | kompakt will take place in Berlin from 11 to 13 April 2025! Under the motto ‘Hot Take: Climate Journalism’, Jugendpresse Deutschland e.V. is inviting 80 young media enthusiasts to Publix to engage with reporting on the climate crisis. Workshops, media tours and panels will focus on developing new journalistic approaches, questioning common narratives and networking with experts.

The event is aimed at young journalists and media enthusiasts from all over Germany aged between 16 and 27.

Participation, including accommodation and meals, is free of charge and travel expenses will be reimbursed.
