As part of DenkArt “Conflicts in the engaged city”, the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung is discussing with experts from the fields of architecture, urban planning, culture and politics how the city can be conceived as a socio-ecological transformation space. We take a look at existing tensions, analyze the structural causes of the crisis of urban justice and ask for concrete solutions: What political levers can we use as a civil society? How do we want to live together? And what role does the cultural scene play as a strategic actor for a fairer city?
With: Gabu Heindl (architect, urban planner and activist from Vienna), Sarah Manz (Kulturraum Berlin) and others
Moderated by Angelika Hinterbrandner (political consultant)
The event is taking place in German.
