Digital violence is increasing globally, with activists and organizations focused on human rights and climate protection facing particularly intense targeting. Consequently, 57% of internet users feel hesitant to share their true opinions online. At this Publix Thursday event, HateAid – an organization dedicated to supporting victims of digital violence since 2018 – will investigate the issue and discuss practical strategies to combat it.
