At the very top, on the 5th floor of the Publix building, we offer exceptional overnight accommodation in our individually furnished guest houses - with a fantastic view over the rooftops of Hermannstrasse or the treetops of the park and far beyond Tempelhofer Feld.
All nine Publix studios are an oasis of calm. They are suitable for concentrated work phases, alone or in a team. A good starting point for exploring the rich cultural and culinary offerings of Neukölln and Kreuzberg or for work appointments in the city. With the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations within walking distance, you can also reach other districts quickly.
Our team is available Monday to Friday from 9 to 5 for questions, check-in and check-out.

Way up top on the fifth floor, nine individually appointed guest houses combine a quiet working atmosphere with the possibility of spending the night.
The guest houses are perfect for a variety of uses, whether it is an intensely focused phase of teamwork or a longer stay as part of an artist residency or a research project. Two of the nine rooms can be used as double rooms, one is wheelchair accessible. All rooms have their own bathroom/WC and a fully equipped kitchenette is available for all guests on the same floor.
